	Supports capturing input
Supports three kinds of output waveforms: continuous waveform, pulse
	waveform and complementarity pair
Programmable deadzone generator and controllable dead-time
0% to 100% adjustable duty cycle
	Up to 24/100MHz output frequency
	Minimum resolution is 1/65536
Supports interrupt for PWM output and capturing input
