[PATCH v2 14/16] ARM: dts: imx6qdl: SolidRun: add v1.5 som without eMMC

Add Cubox-i and Hummingboard variants for v1.5 SOMs, which have TI
Wi-Fi instead of Broadcom Wi-Fi.  This variant does not include
SOM eMMC support.
