PCI MSI driver allocates MSI entry for each pci dev which creates msi_desc, host driver maps each msi domain with hwirq and then sets msi_desc for that irq number. Need to export irq_set_msi_desc() to allow Tegra PCIe driver to be compiled as a loadable kernel module.
