Add the DT node enabling Armada-8040-DB CPS SPI controller driver.

Add the SPI NAND flash device connected on the bus. Fill the MTD
partitions layout.

Hello,

Made a mistake resending the v1 prefixed by v2.
This is the real v2.

It fixes the third partition address from 0xd00000 to 0xf00000.
