[PATCH] arm64: dts: marvell: Enable Armada-8040-DB CPS SPI1

Add the DT node enabling Armada-8040-DB CPS SPI controller driver.

Add the SPI NAND flash device connected on the bus. Fill the MTD
partitions layout.
