The V3020 driver didn't have DT bindings which is a problem if you want to use it on a DT-only platform. Let's fix that. Tested on a CompuLab CM-T3517 which uses the GPIO attachment/access method. I don't have anything that hooks it up using MMIO, so I can't test that access mode. Long-ish time kernel hacker, first time patch submitter. Be gentle, please. Comments welcome, of course.
