Hi Jassi,

CMDQ clients don't need to know controller device before flush,
and CMDQ driver can get controller device by itself in flushing flow.
So, I think mailbox_controller.h can be removed from here,
and CMDQ v13 doesn't need to be reverted, either.
I will update this part in CMDQ v15.
