Is it possible to use a dual GPLv2/X11 license?

It is possible. But why should we do that?

So that non-Linux users could reuse the dts. There are many dual
licence examples in arch/arm/boot/dts.

We are including imx6ul.dtsi which is GPLv2 only. Do you plan to
relicense it?

What do you mean by non-Linux users? What other projects are using dts?
