I had to revert, this breaks the build:

ERROR: "tse_pcs_fix_mac_speed" [drivers/net/ethernet/stmicro/stmmac/dwmac-socfpga.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "tse_pcs_init" [drivers/net/ethernet/stmicro/stmmac/dwmac-socfpga.ko] undefined!
