[PATCH 07/54] MAINTAINERS: Add file patterns for bcm2835 device tree bindings

Submitters of device tree binding documentation may forget to CC
the subsystem maintainer if this is missing.

Why does this use "bcm" and not "brcm", cfr. vendor-prefixes.txt??
