[PATCH V3 0/3] vfio, platform: add HIDMA and ACPI support

The patchset makes three different changes.
1. Add support for probing ACPI platform reset drivers.
2. Make reset driver a requirement by default with an optional kernel
command line override
3. Add support for HIDMA reset driver.

Specific changes:
