How about adding 'status = "okay"' as below?

	fimd: fimd@14400000 {
		status = "okay";
		display-timings {

status of fimd node was disabled by exynos5.dtsi

./arch/arm/boot/dts/exynos5.dtsi
fimd@14400000 {
		status = "disabled";
