[PATCHv6 37/45] ARM: OMAP3: hwmod_data: remove main and optional clock info from hwmod

With support to parse clock data from DT, remove the main and optional
clock information from hwmod.

We still retain clocks in hwmod for devices which do not have a DT node.

NOTE: This patch should only be merged once non-DT boot support for OMAP3 is
no longer needed.
