This changelog doesn't seem to be accurate.  Since v2 the
fdt_read_integer() and the variants which _don't_ rely on
fdt_parent_offset() seems to have been removed entirely, which doesn't
seem like a good idea.

I'm going to send review comments on v2 instead, because of that.
