Hello,

The only topic for today was release status:

- squid (19.1.0)
  - the only remaining problem is believed to be fs:upgrade where
quincy -> squid upgrades are failing due to centos EOL debacle
  - https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/58090 (qa-only) is posted, but
also needs https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/58227 (code change) to
    land in quincy branch

- reef (18.2.3)
  - Yuri's runs linked in https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/66401 have
some trivial failures for which PRs are either already in reef (to
be cherry picked to reef-release) or posted
    - rbd -- https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/58170 (nothing else)
    - for -- https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/57999 (might need more)
    - rgw -- "Invalid requirement: 'pytz >=2011k': Expected end or
      semicolon (after version specifier)" failures
    - deeper review by component leads would be appreciated
  - fs:upgrade problem is more entangled in reef
    - quincy -> reef upgrades would be resurrected similar to squid
      (requiring https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/58227 in quincy)
    - this approach wouldn't work for pacific -> reef upgrades since
      pacific branch isn't built anymore
    - may need to drop pacific -> reef coverage from fs:upgrade?

- https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/58092 (Zac)
  - as no more discussion on moving away from centos has taken place,
and for now we are effectively replacing centos 8 with centos 9 in
the suites, centos 9 should be listed as tested (status A, starting
from 17.2.8 for quincy and 18.2.3 for reef)

Thanks,

                Ilya
