There is a teuthology bug right now breaking many suites: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/66093 with a tentative PR fix: https://github.com/ceph/teuthology/pull/1942 The change (in that PR as of now) is not correct and is being actively discussed. A workaround fix is available using this branch: https://github.com/ceph/teuthology/tree/install-fix Use -t install-fix in your QA runs.
