Happy New Year all!

This release remains to be in "progress"/"on hold" status as we are
sorting all infrastructure-related issues.

Unless I hear objections, I suggest doing a full rebase/retest QE
cycle (adding PRs merged lately) since it's taking much longer than
anticipated when sepia is back online.

Objections?
