I spent a bunch of time yesterday cleaning up "Target Version" for
recently shipped releases as well as the upcoming 15.2.17 and 16.2.10
and wanted to call out a couple of things:
1. If you are moving a backport ticket from "In progress" to
"Resolved" manually, please select "Target Version" from the drop
down. Leaving it blank adds a significant burden.
2. Don't create custom project specific versions (there were a few
in RADOS and one in mgr project created recently). When opening
a new version, make sure to do it from the Settings of the Ceph
superproject and set Sharing to "With subprojects" so that all
tickets get the same version IDs.
