Hi Yuri,

With https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/45580 merged, pacific is exposed
to the same podman --pids-limit handling issue as quincy.  That PR needs
to be reverted (CCing Adam for that).

Also, it would be great if https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/45895 could
be included -- it was marked needs-qa five days ago.
