Hi Mitra, it is nice to learn that you are interested in contributing to the Ceph Dashboard project. It is frustrating to fail to join the channel but it is not your fault, it looks like The Kiwi server has a problem and alsmost everyone can't join any channel. Luckily, there is an alternative.
You can join the project channel through webchat.oftc.net Enter your nickname and channel name(#ceph-dashboard) and click on 'connect'. You will directly be part of the channel.
