A relatively short meeting this week:
- centos 8 EOL
- major suite breakage caused by removal of centos 8 repos from mirrors
- various jenkins builders also affected
- David and Casey fixed most of it but we still have some lingering
8.x snippets in some suites
- backports to stable branches are in progress
- gibba scale cluster
- installed pacific 16.2.7, upgraded to latest quincy
- one node with faulty hardware taken out
- nothing is running there at the moment
- want to take a look at scrubbing (new mclock op queue)
- need a way to generate workloads, might use cbt for that?
- some telemetry perf channel testing too

- octopus 15.2.16
- branch is locked, validation may be delayed due to centos 8 churn
- quincy rc
- still targeting next week, no blockers across components
