The tip of your branch is common to other branches.

$ git show ceph-ci/wip-mchangir-nautilus
commit c8ba01fddef4ed6491300bfa690730e1d12821b5
(ceph-ci/wip-mchangir-nautilus, ceph-ci/nautilus-mchangir,
ceph-ci/nautilus)

Shaman will not build a commit it has already seen so you need to
either re-author the commit or add a dummy commit to the branch to get
it to build again.

Also, you probably want wip-nautilus-mchangir rather than the other way around.
