shuzhengyi, sorry for the late reply. seems that you are already able
to push[0] to ceph-ci. for posterities, please drop a mail to ceph-dev
for requesting the write access to ceph-ci if you want to get your
change built by jenkins.

it's but a convention, so we know who is the owner of a testing branch
and what it is for when spotting a branch in ceph-ci. you can actually
name it as whatever you like as long as it does not conflict with
others' branch names. but in general, i'd prefer using a name that is
easier to identify.
