Hi guys, I am working in the implementation of some features in CCID4 congestion control. Although, i'm with a trouble in the implementation of a feature. One of the features that we're currently implementing is the handle of ECN nonce status. However, we didn't know how we can access the ECN nonce information in the DCCP datagram.
