[DCCP] [PATCH 1/1]: Whitespace / outdated documentation

[CCID3]: Whitespace cleanups and outdated documentation

This removes outdated documentation which had been forgotten to be
removed (x_recv, rtt now appear twice, p was removed from rx_sock);
and removes new whitespace.
