Ok, now to the next troubleshooting test: can you please try using CCID2? That way we can isolate the problem, is it CCID3 specific? CCID2? Core? Something else? This is only a rethorical question, as Gerrit theorised on another followup message to yours, this is probably a problem in the CCID3 code, but just to exercise the troubleshooting process, could you try with CCID2?
