There is no direct mapping, but you can notice the Github Issues
created from bugzilla have have a note in description, for example
"Bugzilla-Id: 3926", which can be searched using Github UI. For
example:

https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrus-sasl/search?q=3926&type=Issues&utf8=
%E2%9C%93
