master cannot find libnetsnmpagent.so.25 (at run time) using your system library paths. You could configure /etc/ld.so.conf (or /etc/ld.so.conf.d/*), or your system's equivalent, to specify additional paths. See ldconfig(8). Use ldd to verify that all libraries can be found.
