Arch is actually 64bit X86_64, and the processor Xeon and system compiler gcc 4.3.2. There is also included some patch, some of which are required for getting right compiling into the 64bit architecture, and some of those patches are also already widely included into other distro saslauthd packages like Debian or RedHat|Fedora.
