Hello,

cyrus/imaps[26768]: accepted connection
cyrus/imaps[26768]: starttls: TLSv1 with cipher AES128-SHA (128/128 bits reused) no authentication

cyrus/imaps[26768]: badlogin: Q5xxx.q.pppool.de [89.53.00.00] DIGEST-MD5 [SASL(-13): user not found: no secret in database]
cyrus/imaps[26768]: badlogin: Q5xxx.q.pppool.de [89.53.00.00] plaintext BENUTZER SASL(-13): user not found: checkpass failed
See if you have any additional information in your auth syslog
output (auth.log).
This would seem to be saying that the username that Outlook is
submitting is not being found in your sasldb2 database.
Are your users stored in upper case (BENUTZER) within sasldb2?
