One question remaining to Howard:
Is this patch supposed to be committed to be contained in the next
version of the Cyrus SALS lib?
That's up to someone on the Cyrus SASL project. Though I am the author
of the ldapdb code, I don't have any particular privileges wrt the copy
that Cyrus maintains.
