Mainline cryptoloop compatible mode, first 2^41 bytes:

    aespipe -H unhashed2 -e AES256

kerneli.org cryptoloop compatible mode, first 2^41 bytes:

    aespipe -H rmd160 -e AES256

Not sure about kerneli.org default key length.

Mainline cryptoloop uses only least significant 32 bits of 512-byte sector
number for IV computation, hence compatibility limit at 2^(32+9) bytes.
