You have this in your kernel config:

 CONFIG_MINIX_FS=m

which really should be:

 CONFIG_MINIX_FS=y

File system on initrd is minix. Mounting initrd root file system will fail
if minix file system is not compiled built-in. Your real root file system is
reiserfs, so both minix and reiserfs must be built-in.
