There doesn't seem to be a new howto documentation for 2.4.x kernel so my questions will be based on the old documentation (which I used for my old 2.2.x kernel). In the old documentation, the following options have to be checked: 1. CONFIG_BLK_DEV_LOOP_USE_REL_BLOCK (Use relative block numbers...): 2. CONFIG_BLK_DEV_LOOP_GEN (General encryption support): 3. CONFIG_BLK_DEV_LOOP_CAST (CAST128 encryption): 4. CONFIG_BLK_DEV_LOOP_FISH2 (Twofish encryption): I can't seem to find these in my 2.4.17 kernel. It's okay to skip these options? Am I right to say that loop-hvr-2.4.17.0.patch is required only when I want to use AES? Otherwise, only need to patch with patch-int-2.4.17.0.bz2? gz __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
