Sorry, but your util-linux-2.11t diff seems not to handle encrypted swap
"swapoff -a" case correctly. Swapon/swapoff code was extensively rewritten
in util-linux-2.11t, and I had to rewrite encrypted swap code for
util-linux-2.11t swapon/swaoff. Util-linux-2.11t patches for loop-AES have
been available here for a while:
