This patch add new Exynos3250 cpufreq driver to support DVFS (Dynamic Voltage Frequency Scaling). Exynos3250 uses the Cortex-A7 dual cores and has a target speed of 1.0 GHz. Exynos3250 cpufreq driver has range from 100MHz to 1000MHz.
