So as this change is designed to fix some as-yet-unrevealed supportability problem, it could be significantly improved upon, no?
I think the idea was to let firmwaretestkit present a summary of the "firmware bugs" encountered by the kernel at the end. Does make sense to me. I don't think it's very useful outside firmwaretestkit, but for it it's a valid use. And anything Linux can do to improve BIOS quality is a good thing. -Andi
