   Yes, corosync is very much alive and under active development.
Documentation certainly needs work (isn't that true with all projects? ;) ).

What exactly are you missing in Wiki section? Yes, there is archive section (mainly for OpenAIS users), but other information is updated regularly to reflect current state of project. Corosync is stable codebase where changes are slow evolution instead of revolution, so actually, not that much changes in documentation are really needed.
