It looks like some of the configure options are not getting processed correctly.
I don't have the nss libraries installed so rather than just install the package set
I tried to compile without them.
I get the following messages:
./configure --without-nss --enable-monitoring --disable-rdma
configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --without-nss
or the other way
./configure --with-nss=no --enable-monitoring --disable-rdma
configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-nss
