make install --prefix does not create <prefix>/var/run?

Hi,

Just stumbled over a corosync executive failing to start and barking:

[MAIN ] Corosync Executive couldn't create lock file

Then, I hacked exec/main.c and noticed corosync tried to create
<install_prefix>/var/run/corosync.pid. <install_prefix>/var/run was not
created during make install, hence the failure to create a file inside
the not-existing directory.

Bug? https://github.com/corosync/corosync/wiki/Developers says ask
before filing bug...

Thanks,
Ulf
