Good question.  Please find the generated files (with dir structure
kept) with the current version (and in my environment) of the patch
at [1].

It should be simple to adjust it as per the needs.  And I expect there
will be some comments (this is why I added RFC prefix to subject).
Also note that HTML can be prettified using appropriate styling.
