I was able to fix my problem by adding sd_notify() support to
dlm_controld – waiting for corosync would be not enough anyway
(verified with a quick 'sleep 30' hack – clvmd failed with DLM-related
errors then).

But still, having a reliable startup notification for corosync still
could be useful.
