with this patchset, we can finally link all libraries and binaries with libtool. it also fixes different issues to build and run on FreeBSD9 and openindiana 151a5. There is still a decent amount of work to do, for libqb/corosync to be fully portable, but this is already a decent step forward. libqb git master is required to run on those exotic OS'es.
