Where do we stand on the 3.0 release? The website says, "Version 3 is available for testing" but the latest files for 3.0rc1 are May 2018. Two years is a long time to evaluate a release candidate. Surely we have enough experience with it by now to convert it to a full release, with any caveats noted in the release notes? --jkl
