question on storage

Hello Experts,

I have a simple query.

Let say i am having two computer which are connected on fiber channel switch. How can i check the connectivity between these two computer. For eg if the same two computer are connected on ethernet i can use tcp/ip protocol and i can ping command to test the connectivity similarly how can i check the connectivity between two computers when connected using fiber channel.
