There could be multiple problems, without logs & exact package
version, I wont be able to comment.

Cross check the permissions on /tmp 1777

    # chmod 1777 /tmp

IIRC there is a bug as well with RHEL6.2 (I dont remember exact
version.) Upgrade it to the latest packages & see if that helps.

For now,  check if this issue can be worked around on the cluster
nodes with the following commands:

mkdir /var/lib/ricci/.libvirt
chown ricci.ricci /var/lib/ricci/.libvirt
