Robert, Unfortunately the 6.1 version of ccs didn't include the '--addvm' & '--rmvm' command to add vm's directly under the <rm> level in the cluster.conf file. However, starting with 6.2 this will be added. If you'd like to test out a beta version of the ccs command I can provide you the latest version. Thanks!
