This option is for rendering the final picture. Before this rendering,
3D mesh with fluid simulation should be generated. I`m interesting only
about this process. Rendering is full Multithreaded except most CPU
consuming part - dynamics/simulation calculations where 3d high
polygonal mesh is generated.
So we can say that some part of rendering is done with one cpu :(((((
and rest with all available.
