So a race condition should, as I understand it, be a concern with 2-node clusters only. I'm not entirely sure though on how quorum is determined at the time of partitioning. That is, say you have a three node cluster, and one node disconnects. I need to verify that it checks to see if it has quorum before sending a fence call.
