Hi,
I am trying to setup a Conga cluster on Redhat 5.4 and i am unable to start the luci service.
Details:
[root@RHEL-N1 ~]# rpm -qa | grep luci
luci-0.12.2-6.el5
luci-0.12.2-6.el5
[root@RHEL-N1 ~]# rpm -qa | grep ricci
ricci-0.12.2-6.el5
When I start ricci service i get the following message in /var/log/message, but the service starts.
Jul 16 14:31:47 RHEL-N1 saslauthd[2413]: detach_tty : could not lock pid file /var/run/saslauthd/saslauthd.pid: Resource temporarily unavailable
Jul 16 14:31:47 RHEL-N1 saslauthd[2412]: detach_tty : Cannot start saslauthd
Jul 16 14:31:47 RHEL-N1 saslauthd[2412]: detach_tty : Another instance of saslauthd is currently running
Jul 16 14:31:47 RHEL-N1 ricci: startup succeeded
Jul 16 14:31:47 RHEL-N1 saslauthd[2412]: detach_tty : Cannot start saslauthd
Jul 16 14:31:47 RHEL-N1 saslauthd[2412]: detach_tty : Another instance of saslauthd is currently running
Jul 16 14:31:47 RHEL-N1 ricci: startup succeeded
When I try to start luci service it fails to start. /var/log/message shows "luci: Luci startup failed An error occurred while starting luci"
Could you let me know what is causing this issue?
